Welcome to the forum. Even though this is a super relax site, I would like you to respect the following rules for a better place. Theses guidelines are subject to change without notice and are applicable for every forum,topic and/or category. So be logical about the actions and words you might use. Most importantly, have fun !

We take the "Be chill" rule very seriously. Any member who is intentionally unpleasant or disruptive may be banned without warning.

While debating and discussion is fine, We will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts or personal attacks. Are decision is final in these matters.

Keep all posts on-topic and please refrain from posting meaningless threads, one word (or short) non-sense posts, or the such.

We reserve the right to remove offensive posts without notice.

We will not allow posts that are sexual in nature or violate the forum standards. The AfterShred team shall be the sole arbitrator of what does and what does not violate community standards.

Do not link to any site that contains adult content, sexually oriented material, pornography, gross violence, racial content or are determined by moderators/administrators to be detrimental to the community or might otherwise be considered offensive. Any post containing an inappropriate link will be deleted and the user will be banned from the AfterShred forums.

Each member is allowed one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed.

We will appreciate if you refrain from blatant bashing of other boards and/or websites.

You may post and/or reply in the 2 main languages, which is French and English. Threads, replies, or posts containing other languages will be deleted.

You cannot post any affiliate or referral links, or post anything asking for a referral. Such posts will be subject to removal.

Check that your question(s) has not been answered anywhere else on the site. Use the search feature.

Make sure you have read the parent article/post completely before posting a reply.

Multiple or repeated posting in order to increase your post count is not allowed.

Do not propose/link to any site that contains warez/copyrighted software/materials that can be downloaded illegally.

You should never give out your logins and/or passwords to anyone except through the AfterShred support system. We cannot take responsibility if you disclose this information to anyone else.

You may not post words or URLs that are censored by adding spaces, dots,or substituting characters; or by any other means in an attempt to defeat any censors put in place by the AfterShred team. Please contact a moderator or administrator if you feel a word or URL is unjustly censored.

We also reserve the right to ban anyone who willfully violates the forum rules, as access to the AfterShred forum is a privilege and not a right. A banned person is still entitled to support from the team.

Advertising, spamming and trolling is not allowed.This includes using the forum email and Private message system to spam other members. (Including shops/sponsors)

We do not allow people to post threads or to send private messages or emails to users here that advertise or solicit any products, services,funds or donations. Explicit advertising and solicitation in signatures is also prohibited.


Links in signatures must follow these guidelines:

Promotional text for a commercial product or service is OK, provided there are no price(s) of product(s) or service(s) listed.

A link and promotional text for a site that is not commercial and does not contain product(s) and/or service(s) is allowed, provided the site is not sexual or does not violate AfterShred standards. The AfterShred team shall be the sole arbitrator of what does and what does not violate community standards.

Duplicate links to the same URL in a signature are not allowed.

Any posts deemed to be self promotion, advertising, or spam can and will be removed. NO SPAM - NO ADVERTISING eg. Posting and making excessive,inappropriate and unnecessary references to your products and websites is self promotion.


* To keep the forum clean and tidy, all signatures should meet the following ;*

For images in signatures: Images up to 600 pixels wide.

Must be added from within your Profile (user Control Panel) , and not manually added to your messages.

Signature Spam (a post that was made in hopes of showing a signature, as determined by moderators) is forbidden in all forum categories.

Public posts debating these rules and/or moderators' enforcement of such, will be removed without comment.

Also while these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Suspension of your account is a definite consequence of not adhering to theses guidelines.

Les discussions sur le piratage, warez, crack, ne sont pas autorisés.

Tout le monde à le droit de s'exprimer en autant que les règles sont respectées. Inutile d'être désagréable avec quelqu'un en cas de désaccord. Prend ça cool.

Évitez les hors-sujets. Regarder pour un endroit approprié avant de commencer une discussion.

Le plagiat est interdit, même en citant les sources ! Une petite citation ne fait pas de mal, mais n'oubliez pas de mettre en valeur son auteur.

Vous pouvez mettre en signature votre bannière perso (600px de large max !! ) Uniquement dans votre profil, pas sur le forum ou autre.

Le forum AfterShred n'est pas une réserve de lien pour vos sites. Le service de modération se réserve le droit de supprimer tous liens placés dans un sujet du forum si ces derniers sont jugés inutiles ou mis en place pour faire monter le "page rank" ou la "popularité" de vos sites.

Encore une fois attention : Ceux qui souhaitent créer un compte sur le forum AfterShred dans l'unique but de faire la promo, doivent savoir que leur liens seront supprimés. ( Exception pour les shops )

L'Apres-Shred n'est pas là pour punir ou vous rendre la vie difficile. C'est un service gratuit qui a quelques règles pour maintenir le forum.
