how to do a backflip on a snowboard

On November 17th, 2008, 10:19 am Nick wrote

Try going on a trampoline wearing your snowboard with your edges covered with tape, and try to do a backflip like that first

When you are on the hill, try to get a good amount of speed, and after you have hit the jump

, lean back, and keep leaning back untill you can spot your landing. Youll need to do this motion REALLY quickly. Focus on commiting

, or youll mess up, and get seriously hurt ! land clean and ride away!

this trick is accualy really easy when u try at first...just make a small steep jump n u have like 1/4 of the rotation right there...if its your first time i would suggest to try it on a lil hill during a snowday so u have a nice pow 2 land on n 2 get familliar with the rotation

Dont forget to Ollie off the jump and keep your body going in that derection....the flex from your board will help you get more hight and a faster rotation.

Altough I haven't tried a backflip yet, I know for sure it helps alot if you can do them on a trampoline first
